SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through Shiprocket for orders within India and International.

We are a made-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. Domestic and International orders are usually shipped within 10-15 business days*. We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed. 

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

CHARGES

Domestic: The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free for orders above INR 5000/-. A flat charge of INR 200/- is applicable as shipping for order value below INR 5000/- irrespective of the number of products bought.

International: The shipping charges for international shipping will be flat INR 3200/- below order value of INR 25,000/- above which the shipping is free. Any custom charge is borne by the customer.

TRACKING

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with shipping agency's tracking page.

For a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing order. If the wrong address is given by the customer and delivery is done then we are not responsible.

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. To fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of a delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. 

If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package and take images of the same. We will refund the amount or send you a different package.

In case of return/exchange, the shipping cost for the return of the product to our warehouse shall be borne by you.

CANCELLATION

In case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so within 32 hours of ordering, we will issue a credit voucher of the product that can be used for online shopping. We work on made to order basis, and once your order is in production it can’t be cancelled/refunded.

MAI MAAii holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time/for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account varies according to your bank/geographical location.
